Pricing & Charges 

When it comes to fees, we have made everything clear to you, our client. 

Below is a list of all fees associated with investing with Ndovu:

  1. Investing

Deposit Costs:  

There are third party payment fees charged by these services providers

  • MPesa – standard MPesa transfer fees will apply 
  • Credit/Debit card – 2.9% fee charged by Flutterwave 
  • Bank to Bank transfer – Pesalink/RTGS fee will apply

Investment Fees:

Ndovu subscription fees: these vary depending on the type of plan chosen (Basic or Black). Please refer to our pricing page for full details. This subscription fee covers the advice you receive, the transactions, trades, and all other account-related administration activities. 

Fund fees:  

The individual Unit Trusts/ETFs held in your portfolio levy an annual management charge (AMC).  This fee is charged by the fund manager.  Typically, this ranges from 0.2%-2% per annum depending on the type of Unit Trust/ETFs.  As part of our service, we aim to keep these fees low by carefully selecting cost-effective Unit Trust/ETFs worldwide. 

  1. Divesting

Withdrawal Charges:  

All money withdrawn from Ndovu will be transferred back into the same account from which it originated.  For example, money deposited using MPesa, once withdrawn, will be transferred back to your MPesa account. 

Ndovu charges a $2 withdrawal fee.

Tax: 

US: There is a Withholding Tax on dividend income as well as a Capital Gains Tax on profits.

Kenya: Investment Income earned in Kenya may be subject to withholding tax as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act.
